What this website collects
Nothing you type. There is no contact form, no account, no newsletter sign-up and no gated download anywhere on userfirstdigital.com. We do not ask you for personal information on this site, so there is none for us to store.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts of any kind. The only requests it makes to another host are to our own content delivery network for images and fonts, and those carry no identifier for you.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records ordinary request information — the IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser identifier — so the site can be served and protected from abuse. We do not use those records to build a profile of you and we do not combine them with anything else.
If you contact us
If you telephone us or send us an email, we hold what you choose to send. We use it to answer you and for nothing else, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we keep it only as long as we need it for that purpose or for as long as the law requires.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information and we do not trade it. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate — our hosting and email providers — and only so far as they need it, or where the law requires us to.
Our companies, and whose policy applies
This policy covers userfirstdigital.com and nothing else. CommandIT, MSP Outpost, MSP Briefing and MSP Bench are ours and publish their own policies on their own sites. Enterprotect Inc. and happier IT Inc. are separate corporations under common ownership and are responsible for their own. When you follow a link away from this site, the policy of the site you land on applies.
Where information is held
We are a Canadian company and we operate from Canada. Some of the providers we rely on store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where the laws that apply to it may differ from Canadian law.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we have no obligation to keep it. Write to [email protected] or to the registered office above and we will answer. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Children
This website is addressed to businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
Changes to this policy
We may change this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of it, and the version you are reading is the one in force. This version is effective 9 September 2026.
