The company behind them
User First Digital Inc. is the corporation that builds, publishes and stands behind the products on this site. Some are wholly ours; others are separately incorporated under the same ownership, and we name which is which rather than blurring the two. You will not find a product sold on this page — what you will find is the company, the people who answer for it, and the address you can write to.
How the group is put together
Six brands across three corporations, under one ownership. The distinction matters, so we state it rather than blur it.

Four brands we publish ourselves
CommandIT, MSP Outpost, MSP Briefing and MSP Bench are ours. Each carries User First Digital Inc. in its own footer, and each is run as its own brand with its own audience.
- Affiliated
Separate corporations, same owners
Enterprotect Inc. and happier IT Inc. are separately incorporated and publish under their own names. They share our ownership, not our corporate identity — so we call them affiliated rather than ours.
- Shared
One set of infrastructure
The brands share the platform that builds and publishes their websites, and the content delivery network that serves their brand assets. Running one set of infrastructure is how a group this size supports six brands.
Affiliated companies
Separately incorporated, under the same ownership. Each publishes under its own name.
Enterprotect
Data protection and cybersecurity for MSPs. A separate corporation, Enterprotect Inc. One product is available and four are in build.
happier IT
A working managed service provider. A separate corporation, happier IT Inc., under the same ownership as User First Digital.
The people accountable for it
User First Digital was founded in January 2022 by Lee Vaniderstine and Robin Hiet-Block. Both are co-founders and they own the company equally, and the same two people own Enterprotect Inc. and happier IT Inc. on the same basis. There is no wider management layer, and we would rather say so than imply one: two people answer for everything published under this name, and both are reachable on the number below.
